Complete special combinations and receive various rewards!

※ Total period: After maintenance on 10/5 (Thursday) ~ Before maintenance on 11/16 (Thursday)

• Participation: After inspection on 10/5 (Thursday) ~ 11/8 (Wednesday) 23:59

• Receiving compensation (warehouse use period): After maintenance on 10/5 (Thursday) ~ Before maintenance on 11/16 (Thursday)

 

 

1) You can use the voucher to draw bronze, silver, gold, and diamonds.

In each draw, you can obtain a total of 4 levels of draw rewards: Hun, Min, Jeong, and Eum.

※ The Bronze ~ Diamond Draw can be drawn multiple times by consuming vouchers, and rewards can be obtained multiple times.

If you draw again, the existing draw grade will be reset and changed to the grade you drew again.

※ [Special Combination] tickets can be obtained through the routes below.

  : Purchase on the event page (If you purchase a ticket with FV on the event page, bronze reinforcement materials will be provided equal to the number of tickets purchased.)

 : Purchase a [Special Combination] exchange voucher at the store and exchange it for a voucher on the event page

 

2) If you complete the Bronze ~ Diamond Draw and complete a set combination such as 'Hunminjeongeum' or 'Hunhun Hoon Hoon', you can also obtain the corresponding combination reward.

※ If the existing combination is changed due to an additional draw without receiving the completed combination reward, you will not be able to receive the previously completed combination reward.

※ Combinations that have earned rewards are reset every Thursday during maintenance (11 a.m. if maintenance is not in progress), and you can complete the combination again and receive the reward.

 

3) Rewards for drawing and completing combinations are accumulated in the warehouse, and you can receive rewards from the warehouse or share the rewards with other managers.

2) Combination rewards are paid upon completion of the combination!

3) Receive rewards from the warehouse!

- You can receive draw rewards and combination completion rewards from the warehouse.

- Alternatively, you can share your rewards with other managers by sharing your warehouse ID and password.

※ Each director can receive rewards from another director's warehouse up to 3 times. If you receive an item from another director's warehouse, we cannot help you determine the number of rewards you receive or the recovery of items the other director received from your warehouse.

※ The warehouse password can be reset once a day. Please be careful not to expose the warehouse password to the outside world.

※ Please note that when receiving warehouse compensation in bulk, it will be paid to your mailbox and cannot be returned to the warehouse.

 

▶ Information on special combination tickets/exchange tickets

- You can obtain a total of 20 [Special Combination] exchange tickets, 4 each, when you check attendance 5 times a week at the in-game store.

- Unused vouchers and unclaimed rewards within the period will be paid in a lump sum as [Bronze] Draw reward [Eum] during maintenance on Thursday, November 16, 2023.

- Unused exchange vouchers  can be exchanged for [Bronze] draw [Yin] level rewards at the in-game store after the maintenance on 11.9 (Thursday) ~ before the maintenance on 11.16 (Thursday).

 

▶ Information on drawing/reward acquisition

- Combinations that have earned rewards are reset every Thursday during maintenance (11 a.m. if maintenance is not in progress), and you can complete the combination again and receive the reward.

- If you complete the combination and do not receive a reward, or if you do not complete the combination, it will not be reset.

- When you receive a combination reward, the existing combination status will be reset and you can only receive the combination reward in the completed combination state.

- If the existing combination is changed due to an additional draw without receiving the completed combination reward, you will not be able to receive the previously completed combination reward.

- Draw grades obtained that do not match within the combination are not displayed.

- Rewards can be finally received through the warehouse.

- NG23 class players acquired as compensation are a class that cannot be traded in the transfer market. (All content available except transfer market)

- Each director can receive rewards from another director's warehouse up to three times. If you receive an item from another director's warehouse, we cannot help with recovery.

- The warehouse password can be reset once a day. Please be careful not to expose the warehouse password to the outside world.

- Cancellation is not possible after purchasing a ticket or using the lottery.

- The final reward obtained through the warehouse can be checked through your mailbox.

- Product components and probability information can be checked in [Probability Information] in the special store.

 

▶ Common information

- You cannot participate in events with a guest account, and even if you link your guest account, event details you participated in with your guest account will not be recognized.

- If you would like to inquire in detail, please register a 1:1 inquiry at the EA SPORTS FC Mobile Customer Center.

- If you participate in an unfair manner, you may be subject to sanctions according to the operating policy.

- Participation in the event is not possible during maintenance.
